Sorry guys, I've been tied pretty much to the 32-bit world for the past... wow it's been well over a year already. I never did get to porting the XBOX controller drivers as I don't have the adapter anymore (it was my former employers and I never ended up buying my own).

i'd also like to point out that thats exactly why you can download win xp-x64 free for 180 days. So you can dual boot it and figure out if it works for you or not.

Except for some drivers (which mostly isnt windows fault, considering you cant hold them liable for not developing software for other companies), windows support 32bit versions of software meaning there isnt alot you cant do, or find a work around.

Honestly though, the difference of windows x64 and a fresh installation of windows (x86) is very minimal to me. Alot of people raved about how fast it is, but i think alot of people forget what its like to have a freshly installed system.

If you want speed on your PC for applications, you install a distribution of linux. Plain and simple. If you want to game, then microsoft still owns directX, and therefore while it still owns directX and games still use it over OpenGL, then you will still have to use windows =p

ya i think nostromo and web cam drivers r most important right now .. 64 bit windows is good but ... still missing alot ...

nice site ! and its good to see ppl actually spending time to help support it ! , i too will spread word once drivers and apps for 64 bit spread out .

now for all u n52 freiks , n52 works but only under the default keys it sets from keyboard ... and tweakin ur keyboard setting inside windows screws with ur typing capabilities ingame and other , so i would suggest keeping it installed ( as it wont let u modify a profile anyway ) but it dose allow n52 buttons to work ! if u need to set up keys for it ... set them in the game off the pad itself ! if u need a more technical layout for cfg . well ur just gonna have to wait !! ( yeah im not impressed either )
