PuTTY 0.59 x64 build

I just uploaded a 64bit x64 build of PuTTY 0.59 made with Visual Studio 2005 and it can be found at http://www.kelley.ca/amd64

  4. i have analyzed the putty 0.60 code to see if any changes were needed for 0.60 to compile it to x64 and as far as I could see there were no critical things. So I compiled it and it seems to work neatly, here is a link to my version. If you have any problems just email me or reply here.
