Diving in Utila

I’m getting ready to go on a week-long trip this Saturday to Utila (one of the Bay Islands in Honduras) with my buddy Curt from Ocean Enterprises here in San Diego. Our group of 16 divers are staying and diving at Utila Lodge where they’ve recently spotted some Whale Sharks, aka the biggest shark in the world. Don’t worry, their diet consists mainly of plankton and krill and are generally very friendly towards humans.

Hopefully the Whale Sharks will stick around and I’ll come back with some great photos to submit to EcoOcean
